Pimm’s O’Clock
A fine fix on an old English Classic with Pimm’s No 1 cup, a little gin, loads of fresh apple, orange, mint and cucumber and a lemonade and ginger top.
Sailors’ Punch
Something the sailors would long for on their long trips out to sea. Mt Gay Eclipse, fresh lime cordial, garden mint leaves, and sparkling apple juice, served tall
Sangria
Juicy red berry wine, an exotic burnt orange and vanilla bean syrup, cognac, lemon juice, and fresh grapes, piled into a carafe and served with fresh citrus zests

Bellini ($13)
By the inner city lakes of Venice, Italy, this gorgeous classic dates back to the 1940s and is named after an Italian Renaissance artist whose paintings were peachy!
Mojito
Sunsets are rarely complete without a fabulous mojito at hand! Indulge in ours, made with fresh lime chunks, aromatic mint, Cuban rum and a splash o’ soda.
Tommy’s Margarita
A fine tequila shaken with sweet Mexican agave syrup, fresh lemon & lime, on ice, no salt. A San Francisco gem of a twist on the classic… which we can also do by the way!
Gimlet
Fresh in house made lime cordial, stirred to a tee with gin, vodka or tequila. On ice or martini. Strong and sensational and over 200 years old, created in the British navy!

Amalfi Fizz (1 standard drink, $13)
Vodka, aperol, pink grapefruit and sugar with a hint of lemon juice and a soda crown
Berry Brazilian
Fresh strawberries, Brazilian cachaça rum and lemon with a splash of vanilla sugar, shaken to buggery and served tall with a splash of sparkling wine.
Celestial
Kaffir lime and fresh lime juice, elderflower cordial, apple juice and gin, all shakey shakey and served à la martini. Time to get over the cosmo ladies!
Pimp Daddy
Lime, fresh mint leaves, peach schnapps, vodka and lychee served deliciously tall
Pom Pom
Pomegranate, mint and passionfruit shaken with light rum for a party in your mouth!
Frisky Fix
Fresh watermelon pieces, lemon and sugar shaken with vodka, ginger and melon schnapps, served tall
Spiced Honey Apple
Fresh apple pieces smashed with spiced honey syrup, fresh lemon, vodka and apple schnapps, shakey shakey and serve à la martini!
Whisky Fix
Stay warm by the water with Jameson Irish whisky, burnt orange and vanilla bean syrup, fresh lemon and ginger shaken and served on the rocks
